Love this simple green juice. The apples just make this taste delicious even using normal spinach and not baby spinach.

In short, this was both delicious and simple.

I found the juice to be lightly sweet without the bitter spinach flavor I was expecting; in terms of flavor and time, this was a GREAT recipe for a first-time juicer! A must try.
