I was bummed because cheese, especially cream cheese, is a huge weakness for me. I literally go through a block of cream cheese every single week lol. I got store-bought vegan cream cheese at first and it was okay, but something tasted a bit off. I decided to try making this recipe, and WOW! It’s amazing! I also love how easy it is to make. This is going to be something I make weekly from now on!

It’s really good with or without the dill; I even accdidentally left out the salt at first and it still tasted phenomenal. I definitely prefer this to my regular cream cheese now!
