These cookies are incredible. I made 1 batch, then later that same day, I made another, and today I’m making one more. These are going into all the Christmas cookie tins for friends and family. An all year keeper!!!!!

Easy to make, lovely texture but there is some kind of bitter aftertaste – too much baking soda?

I generally don’t comment on recipes, but everyone who has tried these has told me they’re the best snickerdoodles they’ve ever had! super easy to make, and manageable even without a hand mixer. One recipe I have and will continue to come back to!
