This is the most delicious recipe! Holy cow! Thank you for sharing it. I didn’t even put the icing on! I made 3 mini loaves because those are the only loaf pans I have. I used the same temperature but reduced the baking time, using the toothpick method to test doneness. Perfect for a rainy fall morning. The house smelled divine
