Loved this curry – thank you so much for sharing such a great recipe! I kept finding lots of buffalo jackfruit recipes but wanted something different. This is so quick and easy and yet the flavour and texture are absolutely amazing! With naan, basmati rice and lemon wedges as you suggest, this is gorgeous. Can’t wait to do this for friends.
I omitted the sugar (I always try and miss it out of everything savoury lol) and chili (we have kids!) but will add them next time as I’m sure they’ll add even more interest to this spicy, creamy luscious dish!!! Oh and I also subbed the olive oil for broth. I love your site and this recipe is my favourite so far. Thank you!!!!

So, you just drain and rinse the jackfruit? I’ve seen comments online about having to soak or boil it to get rid of the brine taste….
