this is great for a family get together. I know that after years of my family always eating fried chicken and with history of unhealthy problems I had been going vegetarian as a teenager now I’m on my 40’s I make this and they thought that I must have decided to cook some meat. after they ate it I told them that they just had vegan chicken.

I made this vegan fried chicken. It turned out really well and was so yummy. Will definitely be making it again.

In reply to Molly. Hi Molly, I think you 'could' do it in an air fryer but it would be totally different. What makes this special is the frying part of it, which of course is not what everyone is looking for, but I just don't think it would work nearly so well in the air fryer.
